 Drive-Up Clinic: Directions will be provided after registration form as been submitted.
Deadline to register: Wednesday, April 17th 2024 (or when full)
 Walk-Ins: Not available to accommodate walk-ins due to limited vaccine supply. Please register online in advance (link below).

*Rabies- Dogs and cats- FREE
*Distemper For Cats (Feline HCP)-FREE
*Distemper For Dogs (Canine DAPPv)-FREE
*Bordetella Intranal Vaccine for DOGS – $20 (CASH OR VENMO ONLY on clinic day)
***REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED
