Come meet some of our kittens and doggies at the Jersey Pride Festival.
NJ's annual statewide LGBTQ+ Pride Celebration at the Jersey Shore. Enjoy the fabulous pride parade, headline performers, great food, arts and crafts, exhibits and community information, activities for the entire family, and the best in entertainment. The festival features more than 250 artisans, crafters, and organizations, and a diverse Food Court. Fun for all ages in the “Family Zone”. Located at 5th and Ocean Aves in Asbury Park, NJ.
Meet some cute AFO kittens! Join us to have a low-key paint session while you meet & pet adorable kittens up for adoption. Choose from any piece in their studio to paint, we will be receiving 10% of all sales from this event. No worries if you aren’t the most confident artist, their friendly staff can help anyone create an awesome piece. Your $10 ticket will be used to secure your seat at this event (seating is limited), and will come off the price of the piece you choose the day of the event. Ceramic pieces start at $20.
The class will be held inside the AFO Rescue facility. You will receive one hour of guided yoga while our resident kittens purr and meditate with you! After class, participants will have 30 minutes to play with our available for adoption kittens and socialize with fellow cat lovers, volunteers, and attendees. Light refreshments will be available after class for Purrs and Poses participants.
