Celery is the sweetest boy there ever was. He was pulled from the shelter and was so matted with fur that he needed to be completely shaved down. The vet also discovered that he had the worst case of stomatitis she had ever seen. His whole mouth and gums were inflamed and eating was difficult. He was in a lot of pain and needed to have all of his teeth pulled so he would hopefully feel better.
Usually that would help a cats mouth but Celery's stomatitis is so bad that the stomatitis didn't go away completely and he needs monthly injections to help keep him pain free. For this reason he is in a permanent foster home and is not available for adoption.
Treatment is costly so please consider donating to Celery's continued care. His medication to stay pain-free adds up, as well as his daily necessities.
