Hello! Welcome to my profile! I am from the Science Fair group, get to know me…
"Hi there, I'm Alchemy! My heart is as pure as gold. I'm young and full of life, and I have so much love to give. I'm as sweet as candy, and my loyalty is like a knight's to their king. I'm cuddly like your favorite blanket, always seeking reassurance and a comforting presence. I'm smart, independent, and gentle. My spirit is mellow, but don't be fooled, I'm also brave and curious. I love exploring new places on our walks, and my playful nature will surely keep you entertained. Adopting me means gaining a loyal friend who will always be there for you, ready to share in your joys and comfort you in times of sadness. I promise to make your days brighter with my love and companionship. Let's create our own magic together, shall we?"
P.S... Did you know when you adopt through AFO you get FREE/discounted dog training through their partnership with GoodPup? Well, when you adopt me you can continue my training and reinforce what I already know with expert help! How cool is that?!”

*Remember - AFO DOES NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION or guesses as to breed from dogs pulled out of under-serviced high-volume intake shelters!
Why? Our pets are rescued from shelters in underserved communities. All of our dogs and cats deserve to feel loved and know they are wanted. Each pet in our care has their own story which defines their individual personality, behavior, and needs. We provide proper veterinary care and offer a consistent routine to allow for any necessary behavior modification to happen in a healthy and positive way.
Demands for visual breed typing and/or size requirements are contributing to larger scale issues that are impacting the ability of pets and their families to stay together during life changes. Every single pet in our care is beautiful and discrimination towards color, sex, coat type, size, and/or species is an outdated archetype All Fur One is determined to have all our adopters rise above. With that, AFO has stopped participating in visual breed typing practices that are detrimental to our cause, and therefore all veterinary records and pet profiles for dogs will reflect "Mix" as the breed.
